RENTAL Application Forms

The approval of tenant(s) is subject to: (1) passing the background check administered by the condominium owners association, (2) successful credit check completed by a third party and (3) finally completing the association's 30 minutes  orientation. During the orientation, the association's rep. will review with the tenant(s) applicable bylaws (copy available for review below).
